BeyondAI and HUMAIN Announce Strategic Collaboration to Deliver Full-Stack Industrial and Enterprise AI Across Resource Sectors
RIYADH, Saudi Arabia - 31 August 2026
HUMAIN, a PIF company delivering full-stack artificial intelligence capabilities globally, and BeyondAI, a leader in trusted, autonomous AI for complex high consequence operations, today announced a strategic collaboration to combine full-stack AI infrastructure with industrial and enterprise intelligence in an end-to-end offering across Resource Sectors in Saudi Arabia. The agreement was signed during a ceremony at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh, one of the world’s leading global technology events.

The joint technology and product development and deployment collaboration is built on complementary capabilities to address the market’s AI needs. It brings together HUMAIN’s sovereign AI infrastructure and full-stack capabilities alongside its next-generation data centers, and advanced models, with BeyondAI’s industrial-grade intelligence and domain expertise, extending the stack into operational systems and AI-driven decision-making. BeyondAI’s capabilities combine neuro-symbolic reasoning, generative AI and multi-agent orchestration, designed for demanding, complex operational environments where accuracy, explainability and auditability are critical.
With an initial focus on AI applications across oil and gas, mining, utilities, manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain, resulting in significant cost reduction, productivity enhancements, and incremental revenue generation.
Tareq Amin, CEO of HUMAIN said, “The next phase of AI is about scaling proven capabilities and putting them to work where they matter most. HUMAIN has built the infrastructure and full-stack capabilities organizations need to deploy AI at-scale, and our collaboration with BeyondAI adds autonomous intelligence designed for complex industrial environments. Together, we’re creating a more complete path from compute to operational decision-making, helping make sophisticated AI practical to deploy across critical energy and industrial operations, with several projects already underway.”
“The most meaningful advances in industrial AI will come from connecting powerful infrastructure with intelligence that can operate in the complexity of the real world,” said AJ Abdallat, CEO of BeyondAI. “HUMAIN brings the scale and sovereign AI foundation, while BeyondAI brings deep industrial expertise and AI designed to reason, explain and operate reliably in demanding environments. This collaboration demonstrates each company’s respective AI strength and leadership and opens new opportunities to apply these capabilities across Saudi Arabia, the region and beyond.”
Ultimately, the collaboration is intended to provide organizations with the foundation for transformative industrial AI, bringing together the scale, technology and intelligence needed to operate autonomously, adapt to changing conditions and make decisions that are explainable and auditable.
