Engineer - Backend

• Build scalable backend applications, services, and secure RESTful APIs.
• Develop using Python, Go, C#, Java, or PHP.
• Implement event-driven and streaming architectures using Kafka, Redpanda, or Redis.
• Integrate messaging platforms like RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ.
• Design and optimize relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Troubleshoot production issues and write clean, testable code.
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, data, and machine learning teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5–6 years of professional backend development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one core language (Python, Go, C#, Java, PHP).
• Hands-on API design and database optimization experience.
• Experience with caching/streaming tools (Kafka, Redpanda, Redis) and message brokers (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Additional Skills

• Experience with machine learning, deep learning, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
