What we are looking for
- 5+ years building production ML systems, ideally in regulated or safety-critical environments.
- Strong Python and PyTorch (or comparable framework) experience.
- Demonstrated ability to ship models that are evaluated against operator outcomes, not just offline metrics.
- Comfort working across the stack — data pipelines, training, serving, observability.
- Bonus: experience with industrial telemetry, process simulation, or knowledge graphs.
