Personal Data That We Process: Name, title, gender, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, military details, immigrant status, memberships, academic curriculum, professional qualifications, professional experience, membership in professional organizations, information about your current employment, recruitment date and method, references, prior employment, racial or ethnical data, photos.

Purpose: We process your Personal Data to evaluate the applicant’s application.

Storage Period: We store Personal Data regarding unsuccessful applicants for up to 12 months after the recruitment exercise has been completed, and otherwise only process it in order to fulfil any legal duty to retain copies. Once a person has taken up employment with us, we will compile a file relating to their employment. At that stage we will give more details about how we hold employee data.

Personal Data That We Process: Additional information obtained from third parties in connection with the above processing; information provided at trade shows or conferences; information obtained from vendors; information from associated websites and mobile applications.

Age Restriction. Beyond Limits understands the importance of protecting children’s privacy in the interactive online world. However, the website is not designed for, or intentionally targeted at, children of 13 years of age or younger. We do not therefore knowingly collect or maintain personal data relating to children of 13 years of age or younger.
