Job Description
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, building strong, long-lasting relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, solution presentation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure.
  • Provide secondary sales support across additional accounts and regional opportunities.
  • Understand client business needs, industry trends, and challenges in oil & gas digital transformation to position the company’s AI-driven solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, delivery) to ensure tailored solutions meet client requirements.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client workshops.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, managing escalations, and supporting long-term retention.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, account management, or businessdevelopment within technology, AI, or software solutions.
  • Proven track record in oil and gas sector sales (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of AI, digital transformation, and enterprise software.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex sales cycles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field (MBA is anadvantage).
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
