Age Restriction. Beyond Limits understands the importance of protecting children’s privacy in the interactive online world. However, the website is not designed for, or intentionally targeted at, children of 13 years of age or younger. We do not therefore knowingly collect or maintain personal data relating to children of 13 years of age or younger. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 and think that we may have information relating to that child, please contact us at DataPrivacy@beyond.ai. We will ask you to prove your relationship to the child but if you do so you may (subject to applicable law) request access to and deletion of that child’s personal data. CalOPPA. In compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) (e.g.: Browsers Do Not Track Signals) while we strive to offer you choice when using our website and mobile applications, we do not promise that we will be able to receive or honor web browser Do Not Track signals. Deidentification. We may process Personal Data for the purpose of creating a deidentified data set. We may then process that deidentified data set for business purposes, including improving our products and services, without further notice to you.
