Marketing Specialist

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute digital campaigns from conception to launch to drive leads and revenue in the APAC region.
  • Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaign effectiveness through analytics and testing.
  • Help facilitate website updates, translations and any other content required to maintain current website content.
  • Collaborate with and help manage third-party agencies and suppliers to execute materials assets and deliverables. Identify, monitor and report on plan KPIs.
  • Work with each business unit to create relevant social media content based on business units target market and product focus. Manage organic and paid social media.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal departments to align campaign strategies and goals.
  • Become an expert on the target audiences, messages that appeal to them, and the Beyond Limits brand voice based on regional segments.
  • Work with 3rd party Technology Partner, i.e., Salesforce, Tableau, AWS etc. in joint event planning and execution.
  • Operate within the marketing technology stack and solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing technology and ability to harness it to meet marketing objectives.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience.
  • BA/BS degree with strong academic record or relevant combination of education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, analytics, and application of data to test and optimize campaigns.  
  • Strong project and people management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workloads.
  • Experience with all facets of paid marketing channels including but not limited to SEM, display, retargeting, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation systems like Marketo, Pardot, or Hubspot, including work with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with WordPress CMS, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, display advertising/retargeting, email, and video.
  • Experience with A/B, multi-variate testing and/or customer experience initiatives that drive acquisition and/or conversion.
  • Understanding of key performance indicators such as conversion, sessions, checkout funnel, cost per acquisition, cost per conversion, etc.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
