Built In LA has awarded Beyond Limits the 33rd spot on their list of 100 Best Places to Work in Los Angeles for 2020 – a massive jump up from the 75th spot in 2019. Beyond Limits ranked 47th on their 50 Best Perks and Benefits and 16th on their 50 Best Midsize Places to Work lists as well. The latter spotlight is significant because our company placed 23rd on the list of 50 Best Small Places to Work in 2019, shedding a spotlight on Beyond Limits’ explosive global growth acceleration.

“Very fitting,” says Beyond Limits’ Head of Software Engineering George Paloulian. “There is a great deal of pride in our working atmosphere that’s palpable. Each team is not confined to their own department alone – there is a cohesive comradery that comes with constructive collaboration across a whole company. Great work team! What a fantastic way for Beyond Limits to start out the new decade.”

“When I was notified that we made Built In LA’s Best Places to Work lists I felt a great sense of pride,” says Beyond Limits’ Recruitment Manager Jordan Diggs. “Those of us working in Recruiting and HR we try, day in and day out, to provide a space all team members enjoy showing up to every day. The acknowledgment feels like a job well done on that front. This is a great place to work because it is a truly collaborative environment. On a day to day basis, I get to work with most orgs and vertically across varying levels – from individual contributors to executives. Not only am I included in the room, but my feedback is seen as valuable.”

The honor of being recognized again this year by Built In LA is a testament to Beyond Limits’ enduring reputation for pioneering technology, as well as the steady endeavor to support our carefully curated team of talented industry experts. It’s gratifying for a fast-growing company like Beyond Limits to be acknowledged, in the midst of that progress, for its continued efforts to foster a reciprocally respectful environment that places importance on inclusivity, diversity, and mutual encouragement in the workplace.

“It is always a great day when the company you love receives recognition of this nature,” says Beyond Limits’ COO Meghan Sharp. “Beyond Limits has done an amazing job of assembling such a well-rounded and diverse group of talented team members that love what they do, and it shows. It’s our job to nurture an environment that fosters each employee’s individual voice and strength. I believe this atmosphere of appreciation is part of what propels our team to show up each and every day and give one hundred percent; a kind of confidence that comes from feeling like that effort does, in fact, make a difference. Great work all around.”
